We’re keen to help you improve your riding skills. We want you to conquer the mountains.
Last week we talked about the body’s fuel: Glycogen.

Last week we highlighted how you’ve got,
if fully loaded, about 90 minutes of high-intensity,
hill-climbing fuel.

You don’t want to run out of fuel before you get to the top. So pace yourself at the start.
Don’t attack a climb from the bottom of the hill. Stay as aerobic as you can until you’re ready to give it your all.

One of the skills of cycling is pedaling to create force all the way around.
This is just one of the skills that will make your climbing easier, more enjoyable, and quicker (if you’re competitive).
So why not come and talk to us about our Climbing Skills clinics?
