Last week we told you that lowering your outside pedal automatically lowered your centre of gravity and made you safer

In order to improve traction and control on medium-to-fast turns, shift your weight off the saddle. Focus on having your weight
on your outside pedal and over your front wheel. This requires also putting some weight on your inside handlebar as
?you ‘push’ the bike through the turn.

Improving your control over traction makes you safer. It also allows you to corner faster with that added security.
It adds enjoyment to your ride. Find a good mentor, coach, or join us in a Skills Clinic and improve your cornering skills.
