Last week we told you that lowering your outside pedal automatically lowered your centre of gravity and made you safer.

But be careful not to have a rigid inside leg. If there's an unexpected bump, compression, or your front wheel starts to slide,
you'll be unable to influence traction. You'll have limited control. Bent knees allow your body to adapt to changing ground conditions.

Improving your control over traction makes you safer. It also allows you to corner faster with that added security.
